“In the next 5-10 years, I anticipate Northwest Florida’s real estate market will experience significant growth. Once primarily a vacation destination, the area is increasingly becoming a sought-after residential location, reflecting a shift in perception towards making the area a permanent home. This trend is expected to continue driving development, increasing housing demand and fostering economic diversification in the region.”
What do you do for fun?
“30A is where I have discovered my own slice of paradise. Playing pickleball isn’t just a sport for me, it’s a source of exercise, friendship, and community. Biking along 30A brings me a deep sense of contentment as I take in the coastal views. Taking peaceful morning walks on the sugar sand beach is my way of slowing down and cherishing the beauty around me, and taking time for sunsets is a daily reminder of how lucky I am to call this place home.”
